Overview
The Vivanti team lead the design and planning of the data stream into the new marketing technology system - a large scale Customer Data Platform (CDP) provider. We supported from a program management, data engineer and analyst capacity.
Bringing our unique skill-set of engineering and business lead consulting skills we were able to perform multiple cross-functional roles with the same set team members, making the translation of data requirements and engineering into the platform seamless.
As a result of the engagement, the organisation was able to successfully deliver data into the platform and start running dedicated marketing journeys using the new technology. This resulted in significant uplift in customer experience metrics and set the foundation for driving data driven, personalisation experiences for customers.
