One body of knowledge, owned by the people who use it.
The Academy is where Vivanti keeps everything we learn on client work: the patterns, accelerators, demos, frameworks and training that every consultant draws on. It isn't a shared drive. Each area has a custodian and a community, and nothing is published until it has been reviewed.

We run our own knowledge the way we advise clients to run theirs. Consultants connect their AI assistants to the Academy, so an agent can search it, read an accelerator and draft an improvement. But an agent can only propose. Every change goes through the same checks and the same human review as one written by hand.
